About the Role

Saddle West Hotel & Casino is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong front-of-house and back-of-house experience, effective leadership skills, and the ability to build teamwork between kitchen and service staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and profitable performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
  • Build strong communication and teamwork between kitchen and service staff.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Control labor, food, beverage, and operating costs while meeting financial objectives.
  • Manage food service inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Support special events, promotions, upselling, and other initiatives that increase sales.
  • Use guest feedback and customer satisfaction surveys to identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitizing procedures, kitchen safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
