Saddle West RV Resort Rates:

Nightly Rates:
$32.00 plus 9% tax

Weekly Rates:
$160.00 plus 9% tax

Monthly Rates:
$450.00 plus 9% tax

Payment is due in full at time of check-in.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
All guests must check in at the hotel front desk and receive a guest-pass.

 Saddle West RV Resort Rules:

The following are the rules for staying at the Saddle West RV Resort.  Our goal is to provide our guests with a memorable and positive RV experience.  To ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment for all guests, the Saddle West reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, the right to immediately evict guests for noncompliance with any one or more of these rules, or federal, state and local laws, without refund.

Saddle West strives to operate a safe environment, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause, including, but not limited to, fire, theft, utility failure or improper connections. Guests understand that they use all facilities at their own risk.  

Saddle West reserves the right to amend or change these rules without prior notice for the preservation, safety, control and orderly operation of the RV Resort

Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay at Saddle West Hotel, Casino & RV Resort. 

General Rules:

1. Loud music and loud noises are PROHIBITED.
2. Unauthorized soliciting or selling in the RV Resort is PROHIBITED.
3. Washing, servicing or repairing of cars or RV’s in RV Resort is PROHIBITED.
4. Smoking in the restrooms and laundry area of the RV Resort is PROHIBITED.
5. Parents shall, at all times, supervise their children and their guest’s children.  Parents shall be fully responsible for all actions of their children and their guest’s children.
6. Persons under the age of 21 years are PROHIBITED from loitering around the gaming areas located in the Saddle West Casino.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
8. The speed limit throughout the RV Resort is 5 MPH.
9. Vandalism in any form is PROHIBITED.
10. Guests that willfully or negligently deface or destroy property or equipment of the RV Resort or of any other guest will be held liable for the full value thereof.
11. Anyone caught tampering with, or shutting off any sprinklers or irrigation devices in the RV Resort will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
12. Guests shall, at all times, keep their assigned site clean.  Storage of any kind under or around the RV is PROHIBITED. External structures that are not an integral part of the RV are PROHIBITED, including, but is not limited to, storage sheds, workbenches, fences skirting, refrigerators, etc.
13. Utility connectors must meet health and safety standards. Sewer drain usage is only permitted if a proper connector is used.
14. Waste, water, sewage or effluent from sinks, portable toilets or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited at the appropriate dump station only, and may not be deposited directly on any pavement, dirt or vegetation.
15. Open fires are PROHIBITED. Charcoal or gas grills are acceptable.
16. RV’s, camping vehicles and trailers must remain on wheels at all times.
17. Clotheslines or hanging wash on or around the RV or from trees or otherwise is PROHIBITED.
18. Garbage shall be put in plastic bags, tied and placed in the appropriate dumpsters. All other garbage shall be placed in trash containers.  Littering is PROHIBITED. 
19. Only newer, self contained RV’s in good order and repair will be accepted at the RV Resort. All RV’s must be R.V.I.A. approved with plate attached. Saddle West reserves the right to refuse RV’s not meeting these standards.
20. All vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. RVs or other vehicles must not park on grass areas or in the street. (Nye County Fire Department requires streets to remain clear.)
21. Sleeping in cars or outside of RV’s is PROHIBITED.
22. Fireworks of any type or nature are PROHIBITED.
23. Rifles, handguns or any other lethal weapons are PROHIBITED.
24. RV space rental is subject to 28 days maximum stay. Additional days are subject to the approval of Saddle West, in its discretion.
25. All federal, state, and local laws must be obeyed at all times.
26. All signs, posted notices and directions of Saddle West must be obeyed. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction, without refund.
27. In case of an emergency, Saddle West is authorized to move any guest’s RV, equipment or vehicles without notice or liability.

Pet Rules:

1. Pets (cats and dogs only) are allowed at the discretion of Saddle West.
2. All dogs must be on a short leash (no longer than six feet) at all times when outside.
3. Pets may not be tied outside the RV or left unattended.
4. All pets must be walked outside the perimeter of the RV Resort.
5. No pets are allowed in or around the pool area.
6. Dogs must be restrained from barking or otherwise disturbing the peace at all times.
7. Owners must clean up after pets immediately.
8. Bathing pets in the laundry room or showers is PROHIBITED.
9. Guests should be kind to their animals.

Swimming Pool Rules:

• There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at own risk.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All rules posted in the pool area must be observed at all times.
• No running, diving or horseplay around the pool.
• No bottles or glass are allowed in the pool area.
• Proper swimming attire is required. Shorts or cutoffs are PROHIBITED.
• Skinny dipping is PROHIBITED.
• Pool use is for registered guests only.
